Booking conditions and regulations

Confirmation of reservation

Reservations are only valid if an advance payment of € 300.00/€ 320.00 per room is made or if you have given us your credit card details (Masterard, Amex, Diners, Visa) including validity date to secure payment.

Reservations are secured when we receive a confirmed and signed confirmation form. Please mind the optional date. Reservations without advance payments can not be guaranteed.

Bank details

Advance payments by bank transfer should be sent to Raiffeisenbank Radenthein/Bad Kleinkirchheim, BLZ (bank code)39457, account no 105700. For transfers from abroad: international IBAN bank code: AT15 3945 7000 0010 5700 and BIC (Swift): RZKTAT2K457.

Arrival

Your rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. In case of arrival later than 6 p.m. we request that you let us know. Thank you! Please note: our reception desk staff is at your service until 9 p.m.! We are entitled to reallocate the room upon request after 6 p.m. Please note: check-in only possible until 10 p.m.!

Departure

The rooms must be vacated until 11 a.m. Should you wish to use our wellness & spa area after 11 a.m. on the day of departure, you will be charged a fee of € 20.00 per adult and € 10.00 per child (up to age 10) including bath towels. Subject to availability and if you need to delay your check-out past 11 a.m. (70% of the room rate), please contact the reception in advance!

Single rooms

Our double rooms are also for single occupancy. Surcharge starting from € 13.00 per night

Dogs

We kindly ask for your cooperation regarding our pet policy - dogs are not permitted in the dining rooms, the wellness areas or in the meadow in front of the hotel. A surcharge will be applied in the event of damage or soiling caused by your pet.

Smoking

Smoking in the bedrooms, wellness & spa areas as well as lounges is not allowed (smoking EXCLUSIVELY on the balconies or in front of the hotel). Please observe the non-smoking regulations as of 1/1/2009!

Rate list

We do not give discounts in case of non-consumed meals. € 7.00 per person will be deducted from the half board room rate for rooms booked with bed and breakfast only.

Cancellation policy

Booking cancellations are accepted in writing only! Cancellatio fees in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Austrian Hotel Association - www.hotelverband.at/down/AGBH_061115.pdf

Cancellation prior arrival

In case of cancellations on short term notice or early departure you will be charged 90% of the rate for the entire reservation if we are not able to reallocate the room.

Hotel Cancellation & Travel Cover

Dear guest! ... anything might happen before you set off. We recommend that you prepare for any such event by taking out a hotel cancellation policy of the Europäischen Reiseversicherung (5% of the amount for the journey): http://hotel.europaeische.at/plus?AGN=10008610.
