Milk contains sugar which transports the protein component tryptophan to the brain where it
promotes the production of serotonin, a messenger substance indispensable for falling asleep.
Should a late dinner keep you awake, lemongrass tea helps the body to burn fat. Simply pour a
quarter liter of boiling water over half a teaspoon of lemongrass, wait for at least eight
minutes, filter and drink it hot and unsugared in small sips.
