Four pillars for four elements
All our programmes are based on four pillars which together form the healthy “soul” of Well Harmony med.
The healing landscape of the Nockberge Mountains
This
region offers a natural paradise which is unique in terms of its composition.
This comprises the gentle world of the Nockberge Mountains, the thermal springs,
Swiss stone pine trees, valerian plants, the National Park with all its special
features and much more besides. All these elements fit together like the pieces
of a jigsaw to create the healing landscape. Together these individual pieces
make Bad Kleinkirchheim a place of special powers, a place where you can come to
terms with yourself and stock up on energy.
Beneficial elements and powers
This region offers the
ideal climate conditions for a wide variety of health dispositions. In addition
the herbs and elements found here only occur in this particular combination in
the Nockberge Mountains natural region. The valerian plant, the garnet gemstone,
the Swiss stone pine and the many native herbs are all put to beneficial and
regenerative use in our programmes.
The Harmony feel-good resort
The two 4* Harmony’s –
Hotel Kirchheimerhof and Hotel Prägant – together offer more than 4,000 m²
of modern wellness and selfness facilities. An exclusive resort with all the
comforts of large thermal spas and treatment centres, but in a private
atmosphere which is typically Carinthian. Simply book your hotel, and you can
enjoy the “Well Harmony med” areas of the partner hotel free of charge.
“Well Harmony med” is unique precisely because even today the three founder
families the Hintergeggers, the Krenns and the Prägants, are still the creative
embodiment of the heritage of the Nockberge region with its natural powers.
Dr. Wolfgang Hofmeister
We have developed our concept in
affectionate cooperation with Dr. Wolfgang Hofmeister over a long period of
time. His work on rediscovering natural elements in European medicine is the
medical background on which our concept is based. He co-developed the programmes
and also trained our staff on how to use them.
